Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Trend Circuit. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders - check at checkout for eligibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, or weather conditions. Trend Circuit is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@trendcircuitresale.com. We'll work with you to file a claim and find a resolution as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Trend Circuit is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@trendcircuitresale.com and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
