Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Trend Circuit. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
  • Opened software, digital downloads, or items with broken seals
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Perishable goods or personal care items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@trendcircuitresale.com with your order number and reason for return. For defective or damaged items, please include photos so we can expedite your case. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Please do not send your item back without first contacting us - returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Defective or damaged items: We cover 100% of return shipping costs for any item that arrives defective, broken, or not as described. We will provide a prepaid return label.

Preference or fit returns: If you are returning an item because it is not the right fit, color, or style for you, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Item Condition & Warranty

Trend Circuit is a resale shop. All items are carefully inspected and accurately described before listing - condition details (new, like new, open box, etc.) are noted on each product page. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, items sold through Trend Circuit do not include a manufacturer warranty. If you experience a defect or issue not reflected in the listing description, please contact us and we will make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for preference or fit returns.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued in the following situations:

  • The item is returned in a noticeably different condition than it was shipped (e.g., missing tags, new damage)
  • Accessories, cables, or components included in the original shipment are missing upon return
  • The item shows signs of use beyond what was present at the time of sale

We will notify you of any deduction before processing the partial refund.

Bundle & Lot Returns

Items sold as part of a bundle or multi-item lot must be returned as a complete set. Partial returns of bundled items are not accepted unless the return is due to a defect in a specific item within the bundle. If you have questions about returning a bundle, contact us at support@trendcircuitresale.com before shipping anything back.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@trendcircuitresale.com and we will make it right.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, as processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@trendcircuitresale.com.
