30-Day Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@trendcircuitresale.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not ship an item back before contacting us.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
• New and sealed items must be unopened unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Open-box or used items (such as refurbished electronics) must be returned with all included accessories.
• Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us right away at support@trendcircuitresale.com. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.
